About FluentMint

Do What You Love. Automate the Rest.

FluentMint creates practical AI-powered software that helps professionals complete everyday tasks faster. Our tools simplify time-consuming work, including reviewing photographs, organizing financial documents, preparing case files, and creating podcast content.

What we do

We build tools around specific professional needs and the way people actually work. Rather than one general-purpose product stretched across every industry, we develop separate solutions for photographers, tax practitioners, bookkeepers, legal professionals and podcasters.

FluentMint builds, operates, maintains and supports the software. There is one team responsible for the product, its reliability and the people using it.

How we work with experts

We partner with practising professionals, educators and community owners who introduce relevant tools to their audiences and earn a share of referred sales. They bring expertise and audience relationships; we bring the software and its technical operation.

That relationship runs both ways. Partner feedback tells us where a workflow really breaks down, which is usually more useful than any amount of internal guessing.

Where we are today

  • Five solutions in development, each labelled Coming soon.
  • Early-access list open to professionals in the fields we serve.
  • Partner applications open to educators and community owners.
  • Pricing not yet announced.
We would rather publish a short, accurate page than a long, impressive one. As tools are released, this site will say exactly what each one supports.

How FluentMint earns revenue

FluentMint plans to sell recurring software subscriptions to end customers, and shares revenue from qualifying referred sales with its partners. Our business grows through paying customers rather than by charging partners to join or fund software development.

How we build

Four things we hold to

We start with the task, not the technology

Every tool begins with a specific, repetitive job that a specific profession does over and over. If we cannot describe that job in a sentence, we do not build the tool.

Review is part of the design

Our software drafts, sorts, extracts and suggests. A qualified person checks and approves the result. That step is built into the product, not bolted on afterwards.

Say what the software does — and does not do

We label unreleased tools clearly, state which countries and formats each product supports, and avoid claims we cannot stand behind.

Partners are collaborators, not a sales channel

The professionals who teach a craft understand its bottlenecks better than anyone. Their insight shapes what we build.
